  • What injuries does ACC cover?

    ACC covers any injury caused by an external force (lifting, pulling, twisting, rolling) causing damage to a specific body part causing tissue injury. 

  • Do I need a gp or orthopaedic referral?

    No GP or specialist referral is required to acquire our services. We are ACC registered therefore, we can also lodge ACC claims onsite if you sustained injury as a result of an accident.

  • How much does it cost to see a physio?

    Cost for our services depends on whether you’re being treated privately or under ACC. 

    ACC approved claims - $25 administration fee for all initial consult and NO SURCHARGE follow-up consult. Private cost of $75 for 1 hour consult and $40 for 30 minute consult.

  • Can my physio refer me for ultrasound and/or xray imaging?

    Our Physiotherapists are able to refer you for further investigation such as X-rays and ultrasound imaging only as indicated.


  • What happens if ACC declines my claim application?

    ACC may decline certain claims if no obvious injury, force or resistance is involved. Payment for declined claims will then become the patient’s responsibility.
